In order to understand the implications of REACH and know the procedures for Registration, EXIM CLUB, in association with DYNASOURCE, France, is organizing a seminar on REACH SERVICES as per the details given below.

Time : Networking with tea/coffee: 6.30 - 7.00 pm Seminar & QA : 7.00 - 9.00 pm

Venue :  'Chandarva' Hall, Hotel Welcomgroup, RC Dutt Road, Vadodara.

Fee :  Free for EXIM CLUB members, Rs. 300/- for member's
delegate and Rs. 400/- for Non-member.

Registration : Registration will be on FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVE basis. Please register your participation by email, fax  and phone with EXIM CLUB office on or before 8th May 2008 positively.          

To bring forth an awareness on the need to has a specific forum of individuals / businessman / professionals / institutions dealing with or interested in import, export, foreign trade, foreign collaboration, joint venture, foreign exchange and related subjects/functions.

To encourage exchange of view on current developments in exports and imports, international trade, regulation and trade promotional measures of various agencies.
To understand specific experience and difficulties of members in the above areas, with a view to arrive at workable solutions.
To represent genuine misgivings and operational difficulties in above areas to concerned authorities/agencies.
To appraise and appreciate positive developments and trade promotional measures taken by Government and other agencies, in the above areas.
To bring about enrichment of knowledge of members in the above areas.
To strive to build a bridge of understanding between officers of Government, Banks etc and Exim Community.
To expose members to visiting overseas businessmen, diplomatic corps, etc in a non competitive environment.
To promote camaraderie and fraternity within members of EXIM CLUB.
Securing a vast recognition and promotion of the importance of exim club in the ministry of commerce, and also take lead to get recognize in the ministry of external affairs
Exim club should forever be accepted as an institution that grapple the exim community’s problems and make all out efforts to solve them one by one for the benefit of members.
Organise open house meeting with DGFT and CUSTOMS, CENTRAL EXCISE AND Jt DGFT OFFICES, to create harmony with such bodies and solve the problems with a very cordial relationship.
Inviting ambassadors and economic consuls, commercial attaches from various countries, in the past Russia, China, Uganda and Brazil are the case in point.
We should aim to associate and build alliances with organisations like CBI in Netherlands and developing countries like ours for promoting export and import trade on a long term principal.
We should aim to interact with IIFT and IIMA for latest techniques in marketing and management principles and impart the training to our members.
We should constantly impart advanced professional knowledge and thus to improve skill of the members, we organize short term training courses and interactive seminars in the field of export import management, documentation, export insurance, export credit, solving default of payment, quality and after sales service approach for our international buyers, and last but not least organize courses on how to Develop “INTERNATIONAL MARKETING" and E-COMMERCE
Round table deliberations and interaction with members and executive committee as THINK TANK.
Study group meeting by formations of small groups.
Evening lectures programmes by eminent experts in each subjects.
Regional conferences with help of chapters.
Annual national conventions planning and organizing.
Finally bringing our very professional EXIM VISION with good information and articles.
