We at Exim Club are pleased to announce that we have received authorization from Director General of Foreign Trade, DGFT, New Delhi for issuance of the Certificate of Origin (non-preferential) to the EXPORTERS (Ref: DGFT Public Notice no122, dt.30.12.2008.)

We are pleased to inform you that, considering the latest amendments in Duty Drawback Structure, conversion of DEPB Scheme into Drawback duty and other related matters, EXIM CLUB jointly with VADILAL FOREX has arranged a Work shop wherein eminent & well known consultant Shri Kasture with explain these topics.

DEPB scheme has been abolished and the Government of India has introduced Duty Drawback. To understand transition and how to apply the draw back and understand well its nitty-gritty, we have has organised a programme at Vadodara on Wednesday 1^st February, 2012, morning session, followed by Lunch. The relevant topics will be covered during 2 and half our sessions, viz.:

Duty Drawback – Concept and procedure with emphasis on procedures for brand rate and special brand rate;
Conversion from DEPB to Drawback scheme;
Drawback on re-export of imported goods;
Importance of correct classification for claiming drawback;
Anomalies and how to correct them.

SPEAKER :	Mr.Sudhakar Kasture, is the Director of EXIM Institute and IMPEX Consult, Mumbai. An expert on EXIM related matters for more than 37 years and associated in several institutes in delivering talks on EXIM matters at most of the prominent places in India. He has been conducting In-House sessions at most of the large corporate houses. He has been a regular visiting Faculty to various educational institutions, both in India and abroad. He was nominated by the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India, on a project, “Exports Transaction-Cost Reduction”. To WHOM Beneficial – Exporters and Importers at whatevers level they are engaged with whether at small, medium, large and even corporate level as also those who are practicing in EXIM related matters.
