We are pleased to announce that EXIM CLUB has introduced a new facility for all exporters, i.e. to ISSUE “Certificate of Origin” ON-LINE. This process will save lot of time, money and energy, otherwise consumed in movement of your person to and fro to EXIM office. The ON LINE process is an efficient tool during difficult situation like Heavy Rains, Floods, Bandh etc.
For smooth running of the process we request all interested Companies to follow, below mentioned procedure.
The Charges will remain the same, but user will deposit an advance amount of Rs. 2,000/- with the EXIM CLUB, Which will be replenished on reaching the balance amount of Rs. 5,00/-
The Exporters have to register themselves with EXIM-CLUB for adopting the system on their letterhead. There are no Charges or any other formality for the same.
The Participating Company will be given a Password and, its representative can take initial training at our office to understand the entire procedure.
Our Existing System of attesting the Certificate Manually will also continue.
The New System will start immediately, after receiving the Deposits from the participating Companies.
All concerned are advised to take advantage of the Opportunity. We also apprehend some initial bottlenecks but you are requested to be in touch with office to overcome such difficulties.
